His sire, Cowboy Tuff Chex was the longest horned bull in the breed at 106.5" ttt. His dam is the daughter of one of the most recognized cows to ever grace the earth, D/O Miss Grande who measured 95.5" ttt. and is the dam of 20 registered calve of distinction. Tuff And Ready is owned by John Oliver. Rivers Bend Ranch is the former owner. Tuff is by the 107.25” ttt Cowboy Tuff Chex and out of the 87" ttt Helm HGC Double Grande who is a daughter of the 93.5 " D/O Miss Grande. Tuff And Ready now has an 89.975” ttt measurement after rubbing off several inches and will soon pass the 90" mark. He is a big, beautiful Black and White bull and so gentle you can measure his ttt in the pasture. His 100 + offspring are amazing. It is said That when a bull has over 100 offspring that he has become a legend. In Tuff And Readys case he has proven to be one of the legends of the Longhorn breed.
